Hi Guys!

 

When Nate came home from Ethiopia in December, he tried to get in to see a neurologist because he was having debilitating headaches again and his rheumatoid arthritis had been acting up badly.  His rheumatologist, Dr Mathews, tried to get him scheduled for an MRI but he was here during the holidays and we couldn't get it done.  The only thing that would help his headaches was very strong pain meds like Lortab or Percocet and his doctors were not willing to give him more than a few of those pills so he had to go back to Ethiopia with no answers to his headaches.  I started him on Vitality (December 16) while he was here and made him promise me that even if he didn't feel immediate results, he would continue to take them until I saw him in April.  I bug him constantly about taking them, and he told me that he does and that he "thinks" they make a difference, he was feeling good, but wasn't sure if it was the pills or something else.  THEN , in  a February 22 email from him, this is what he told me:

 

"I've been taking your "magic" pills just like I'm supposed to - but I left 2 of my bottles up here in Addis and I ran out at the farm, and I can tell you there is a big difference! I'm on them again (started as soon as I got to Addis) and I'm starting to feel better again."

 

YAE!!!!  I don't know how many days he was off the pills before he started again, but he had been on them for two months, then stopped when he ran out. Then this morning, I got a short little email from Kidist, his girlfriend.  Before he came home she was VERY worried about his headaches.  She is a nurse and begged me to get him to a doctor – which was next to impossible.  Anyway, she constantly updates me about his "headache condition".  I got this in my email this morning:

 

"Nate is fine and he works good and still he haven't headache it is a really nice him feel good everyday. So don't worry about him a lot. He take your pills."

 

I know I probably bug all of you about taking Vitality, but the longer I'm on it, the better I feel and my chiropractor has noticed too!!  I saw him again on Tuesday and he said this is the best I've been in the ten years he's been treating me!  No inflammation in my spine!  (Some of you know that story!) Anyway – keep taking it!  Be consistent – take it every day and if you're not sure – keep taking it every day!  You will feel it!  Marty slept for 7.5 hours last night – no sleeping pills!!  Sleeping on his own more than 3 hours is a MIRACLE for him – and that happens most nights (not 100% but probably 90% -- it's much more natural than taking Ambien!)

 

Anyway, I love to hear all about your successes too.  Thanks for telling me about them (I would share, but don't want to pass on info without your permission!)
